“Dear Dr. Barker,
I apologize for the delay of informing you of the tremendous results from the implant experience in Kelowna, performed by your expert hands on January 26, 2008.
It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a dental chair! Absolutely No pain, blood or discomfort of any description throughout the entire procedure.
I was amazed the four implants were installed when I thought you were still doing the first one. I am not sure of the time that was involved but it seemed less than an hour. I got in my car and drove to the office of Ron Skok, Mission Park Denturist to have him work on the denture adaptation.
The freezing came out with minimal discomfort similar to a minimal tooth ache.
There was no particular soreness but the chin felt sore if I touched it. It had minimal swelling. If I didn’t touch it I didn’t feel it. An arthritic Tylenol was all I took in the evening to get some sleep.
Ron Skok had the dentures adapted early the following week and with one minor adjustment on the top and bottom bite they are the greatest.
I was talking to a lady in Victoria that was going in for surgery but had been to a dentist that day and I gave her your phone number. If she hasn’t called you at this time she will in the future as her surgery is quite extensive.
I will be pleased to talk to anyone you may wish to refer to me if they are apprehensive about the decision to have implants.

Just a note to let you know how the implants are working out for me after two months. It is almost impossible to believe the amazing improvement in the quality of life, with the pleasure of being able to eat without discomfort.
